When I was at the IADMS conference in Helsinki recently I was delighted to talk with the people from MDM dancewear. It is always interesting to me how dancers have the talent to diversify and use their skills in other aspects of the dance field which is what I discovered when speaking with two representatives from MDM, both of whom have a strong background in dance. Having a background in dance can be so valuable when working with dance footwear. And I was particularly interested in what they are doing with the Dance Base Support which is designed to support the heel and arch and to offer assistance to the foot when working or resting.
