With so much change happening in our lives at the moment it can be good to take a few moments to relax and just be. With this in mind I thought that as a fellow dance teacher you may wish to take 20 minutes to join me sometime soon in a mindful relaxation session online.
Do you want to take 20 minutes to relax for free?
Many of you who have worked with me know that I am a big fan of relaxation and mindfulness and incorporate aspects of them in my courses for teachers.
I haven’t set a date for this to take place as I wanted to first find out if it is something you want to do. If we have interest in this session then it could be as soon as this weekend when it takes place. There are limited spaces so if there is lots of interest then more than one session might need to be run.
