Free Friday Mindful Relaxation with Sho

If you want to join Sho for FREE Mindful Relaxation for dance teachers on Friday mornings at 10am (UK time) during lockdown leave a comment below this post and you will be sent the Zoom link on Thursday for the session on Friday. The link is now the same each week but the email is sent out as a reminder. If you are expecting the Zoom link email and haven’t received it, please check your junk mail folder in case it has ended up there.

These sessions are continuing for now and you are very welcome to join us. No experience is necessary and you can do the session which takes around 30 – 40 minutes sitting or lying down as you prefer.

    LDF through Streamline is doing free dance classes by well known line dance teachers

    It is interesting to follow, they are very good with their lessons

    Strange times these, and it has brought the world together in a fight against a common enemy.
