Join Sho for a FREE Zoom session. Focus on your own wellbeing for an hour. Enjoy, energise, escape.
If you want to attend and haven’t already sent a message or attended the January session, please put a message in the comment facility of this post and you will be sent the Zoom link for the session at the weekend.
This session is suitable for all dance teachers and you can do it at the level you want to. There will be some energising movement done standing (or seated if you prefer) followed by some mindful relaxation that can be done seated or lying down. Nothing is forced, it is a session for you to enjoy focusing on your own wellbeing.
