This session is suitable for all dance teachers and you can do it at the level you want to. There will be some energising movement done standing (or seated if you prefer) followed by some mindful relaxation that can be done seated or lying down. Nothing is forced, it is a session for you to enjoy focusing on your own wellbeing.
