After our lovely free session last week, I asked everyone if they wanted to continue with these monthly wellbeing sessions and it was a definite yes.
So, our next session will be on Monday 10 May 2021 at 10am (UK time) on Zoom. If you are already on the email list the Zoom link will be sent to you a day or two before the session. If you want to be put on the list to receive the Zoom links for these sessions you can add a comment to this post requesting the link or email Sho. Your request will be acknowledged and your email address added to the list.
If you are not aware of what these sessions are they aim to provide an hour for you to do some self-care through a blend of energising movement and mindful relaxation. There’s no pressure to perform, it is about doing something for yourself and each of us works at the level that feels right for our body, on the day. Most of the movement can be done standing or seated and the mindful relaxation can be done seated or lying down – it’s your choice.
