10am (UK time) tomorrow, Monday 14 June 2021, is our next FREE wellbeing session for dance teachers. If you are already on the email list the Zoom link will be sent to you. If you are not aware of what these sessions are, they aim to provide an hour for you to do some self-care through a blend of energising movement and mindful relaxation. There’s no pressure to perform, it is about doing something for yourself and you work at the level that feels right for you and your body on the day. Most of the movement can be done standing or seated and the mindful relaxation can be done seated or lying down – it’s your choice.
