If you are not aware of what these sessions are, they aim to provide an hour for you to do some self-care through a blend of simple energising movement and mindful relaxation. There’s no pressure to perform, it is about doing something for yourself and you engage with what we do in the way that feels right for you and your body on the day. Most of the movement can be done standing or seated and the mindful relaxation can be done seated or lying down – it’s your choice.
