10am (London, UK time) on Monday, 13 December 2021, is this year’s final FREE wellbeing session for dance teachers. An opportunity to spend an hour on caring for yourself in the run up to the holiday season.

If you are not aware of what these sessions are, they aim to provide an hour for you to enjoy some self-care through a blend of energising movement and mindful relaxation. There’s no pressure to perform, it is about doing something for yourself and you work at the level that feels right for you and your body on the day. Most of the movement can be done standing or seated and the mindful relaxation can be done seated or lying down – it’s your choice.
