This session is suitable for dance teachers in all dance genres and you participate at the level you feel comfortable at on the day. It’s not about performing, it’s about doing something for you. There will be some gentle energising movement done standing (or seated if you prefer) followed by some mindful relaxation that can be done seated or lying down. Nothing is forced, it is a session for you to enjoy focusing on your own wellbeing.
