As mentioned previously when our free regular wellbeing sessions finished, there will still be sessions from time to time. There will be a session on Monday 17 April.

Gentle energising movement combined with some breathing and relaxation techniques will be the focus of the session. As always there is no pressure to perform it is about focusing on self-care and looking after yourself during the hour of the session.
Most of the movement can be done standing or seated. The mindful relaxation can be done seated or lying down whichever you prefer.
You can do the simple but effective movement, breathing and mindful relaxation regularly for yourself in your own time and you can also share aspects from the session with your colleagues and students.
