Our purpose for collecting personal data: the information we gather is required to enable us to provide you with training services we offer:

  • internal record keeping
  • from time to time we will send you emails regarding training services and opportunities that we believe will be of interest to you
  • if you sign up to email notifications on the website you will receive emails when new posts and information is made available on the website

How long we retain data: we hold data about course completion certificates in order that we can confirm course completion or replace certificates of completion should the need arise. Other data such as email notification data is retained in order to provide you with the service you signed up to – should you inform us that you no longer want to receive these email notifications we will delete your email from the site.

Whom we share your information with: There are third parties that we share your information with, for example, in order to have a website and payment facilities.This website is hosted by WordPress.com and the cookie policy is a WordPress policy – you see the cookie policy notice on the screen when viewing this site. Payments made on this site are direct with Paypal. You can check their privacy policies on their websites.

We will not share your personal data with any third parties other than described in this privacy policy unless you have given us your consent or are required to do so by law. If you believe any information we hold is incorrect or incomplete then please contact us so we can correct it.

Security of data: we are committed to keeping your information secure and have suitable procedures in place.
