Free Friday Mindful Relaxation with Sho

If you want to join Sho for FREE Mindful Relaxation for dance teachers on Friday mornings at 10am (UK time) during lockdown leave a comment below this post and you will be sent the Zoom link on Thursday for the session on Friday. The link is now the same each week but the email is sent out as a reminder. If you are expecting the Zoom link email and haven’t received it, please check your junk mail folder in case it has ended up there.

These sessions are continuing for now and you are very welcome to join us. No experience is necessary and you can do the session which takes around 30 – 40 minutes sitting or lying down as you prefer.

Free mindful relaxation sessions with Sho

Following on from the recent test session we are planing to do some more Free Mindful Relaxation sessions for dance teachers during the lockdown period.

Sessions will be once a week on Friday mornings at 10am (UK time) beginning Friday 17 April 2020 until further notice.

Each session is FREE and will be about 30 minutes mindful relaxation and if wanted perhaps a short chat afterwards.

Nourish yourself with a little bit of mindful relaxation. You don’t need to have done any before. It’s about feeling comfortable and doing something for you – sitting or lying down it is up to you.

These online sessions are done via Zoom. To participate we need to email you a link to click on to join the session. The easiest way to do this is if you can leave a comment below on this post and we can send you a link to the email address connected to your comment. The link will be sent out the day before the mindful relaxation session.
