We enjoyed a good mindful relaxation practice this morning on Zoom. If you want to join us on a Friday morning for a FREE mindful relaxation practice with fellow dance teachers then leave a comment below and we will send you a link the day before the next session which is Friday 24 April 2020 at 10am (UK time).
We have a small group of dance teachers keen to take this free session with me. The session will take place on Sunday 29 March at 11am (UK, London time). If you wish to join us then please leave a comment either in the previous post or this one so that you can be sent an invitation to the Zoom Meeting. You do not need to have a Zoom account to be able to join the meeting but you will need an invitation.

With so much change happening in our lives at the moment it can be good to take a few moments to relax and just be. With this in mind I thought that as a fellow dance teacher you may wish to take 20 minutes to join me sometime soon in a mindful relaxation session online.
