This relaxing session gives you time to focus on yourself, something that dance teachers don’t always find time to do.

These short sessions take about 30-40 minutes and they are a great way to do something for you during lockdown and the challenges that it brings for dance teachers. You don’t need to have done any mindful relaxation before. The session can be done sitting in a chair, sitting on the floor or if you prefer, you can lie down.
