Messages to Me
Do you use messages to me for your own wellbeing? In coming posts I will share some of my own messages to me in photographic form. You may find them helpful during these times of restrictions.
Today’s message to me is: Pause and take a breath. It reminds me to literally pause what I am doing and a breath. I find taking a deep breath in and out can have a really positive effect and it only takes a moment or two. Why not try it for yourself to see if you find it helpful too?
